Design and execute a 12-month leadership and management essentials program to create a framework for leadership behavioral norms, more clearly defining the culture and models for building high-performance teams.

Results

EXCELR8’s initial 12-month leadership and management essentials program involved twenty global sales managers. Over the course of the program the group accomplished:

Development of aligned leadership culture and new behavioral norms

Creation of a team charter with guiding principles, supporting behaviors and accountability mechanisms

Dramatically improved 360 survey scores

The two leaders that improved the most took their regions to the top in sales revenue

$250 MM in revenue with a $50 MM profit directly associated with program results
