Brent is a Navy SEAL combat veteran, 5x Inc. 500 CEO, award-winning entrepreneur, and 2x bestselling author. He leads growth, strategy, technology, and client experience. Brent holds degrees in finance and economics from SMU, a MBA from the University of San Diego, and certificates in English Literature and Criminal Justice from Oxford University.

Dyan has extensive experience in marketing, client experience, data, and reporting. She is a certified facilitator in 360 feedback deployment, debriefs, and action planning for leadership development. Mathew Lehnig is a retired Navy SEAL Officer, Combat Proven Veteran, Author, Keynote Speaker, and Executive Coach. He draws 30 years of experience in Naval Special Warfare; he understands the value of building strong, resilient leaders and teams to help drive organizational success and achieve extraordinary results.
Tom Huckabee joined our leadership team with over 30 years of experience in assisting organizations with financial decisions that promote growth, profitability, and longevity. He brings strategic planning, finance, and accounting expertise that aids in the development of new services and capabilities.

Patrick is a former Marine Colonel and fighter pilot with 12 years of active duty and 15 years in the reserves. He brings extensive experience driving organizational improvements, leadership excellence, and culture-driven practices. Founder of Strategic Leadership Consultants, Patrick recognized a profound difference between people, viewpoints & feelings when it came to leadership & organizational culture. Jim is a former Navy SEAL Officer and Marine Infantry Officer. During his eleven years of service, he completed five deployments (three of them combat), led a variety of teams, and served as a consultant to leaders overseas. After the military, Jim spent a year as a Business Management Consultant in a tech startup and nearly 4 years as an HR Business Partner at an Ed Tech company where he sat on the leadership teams and supported both large operations business units & growth subsidiaries.
